«Spirit Territory» is a satirical fantasy novel by Angelina Yar and Oleg Andros. It is the first artistic description in Ukrainian literature of opposition to the construction of green areas in Kyiv.
(In 2008, at the same time, Valeriy Gruzin published a book on a similar topic, «The Death of Kyiv», and in 2009, Oleksiy Burkovsky from Donetsk region published his novel Green Alert, dedicated to eco-tourism). The book has been reprinted four times in Ukraine (in Russian – in 2008, 2009, 2010; in Ukrainian – in 2013). |
